We need a financial committee to establish a budget for 2018 and decide on how to prepare for upkeep and future expenses. Suggested members: Gizella, Kate and Larry.
We have been made one of the beneficiaries of the Schmidt Golf Tournament .
We lost a grant from the Woman’s alliance because we could not supply sufficient documentation showing need. The front desk is being made aware of this.
We need a risk management committee. Suggested members: Mike, Rene, Felix, Patrick and Chief Ramsey
We need a fundraiser committee . Suggested members: Robin, Joe and Chris.
We have a volunteer committee of four active volunteers with Susan acting as liaison. Suggested additional Board member: Emily.
We need a media committee. Suggested members: Mike, Stuart and Susan.

We ask that these suggested committee member get together as soon as possible to begin making plans, that you will be able to bring before the entire board at the next general meeting scheduled for 8am December 12, 2017.
